I have enjoyed millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this method or beat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this technique! And a few months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.

Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet

Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet

Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
